Hello! I've got a new look and feel to my ScanNCut videos. My brother…
…is now filming and editing them for me. I think he brought a fresh new perspective to the process. Watch them and let me know what you think!
First up, a video sharing just how quick and easy it is to add a seam allowance to virtually any design:
Next is a problem I get e-mails about all the time. The questions vary: my scan has extra cut lines, how can I scan a line drawing, etc.? But the answer is the same and so simple. Watch the video for that answer!

In the first video the seam allowance was added to the outside of the whole design, but it took it off the wrong side of the inside circles, if that makes sense. Is there a way to make the cut on the other side of the drawn line for those inside pieces?

Hope your move is going well if you are moving now. I watched how you cut out your owl jpg video. I used a high resolution tree with lots of curly branches on it and it came out awesome on my canvas and then cut it out with my scan n cut.
I took the inside designs from the tree and made another design out of it. It is really pretty and different.
I also found a Halloween tree and cut that too. It has a lot of cuts on it, inside and out. I will be trying it again using your instructions. I just cut it to see how it cut with all the extra insides. Looks cool put way to much weeding.
Well hope is all going well for you. I hope to see you on HSN again in October. Launch of scan n cut2 for HSN was awesome.
I think I read somewhere that they will be out for sale in Oct.1. I really like the cm650w.
