I used Studio Calico's Anthology and Homefront lines.

The title looks like it's painted in the scan, but it's hand cut.  An exacto knife and a pair of scissors and about ten minutes.

To create this journaling card, I glued the packaging insert from the densely patterned journaling cards onto one of the densely patterned cards, added a line and some stitches, and scribbled in my journaling!
