I am finding myself adding patterned paper along the edges of my layouts more and more often.

I like the way it adds a little bit of color and texture to the page.

Hand cut scallops are another current favorite thing to do!

  • I’m also hooked on ‘frames’ around my pages… some pattern papers are hard to use as a whole, but bits and pieces work every time! LOVE the handstitching which adds some dimension!

  • I am digging your layout! I have been big on hand cut scallops lately myself. Its much more unique looking instead of using a punch and of course a lot more fun
