I love the enthusiasm about yesterday's post! I'm so glad that you are making cards exploding with love! However, I must confess that I nearly fell off my chair when my normally-not-a-maker Mom texted me this:

She said she did it from memory after watching the video. Way to go, Mom! I hope you'll try your hand at it too! Mom promises that it's super duper easy!!

I went to Chinatown on Sunday for dim sum and came away with a full belly, a bunch of awesome new screenprinted papers…
…and some inspiration:
As soon as I saw the hanging garlands I knew that I had to go home and make some of my own! So, I did!
I love how they turned out! The perfect party decorations for creating a Valentine's Day feeling! It's hard to tell from the photos, but the parts gently rotate in any breeze. These strands are hanging in my kitchen doorway at the moment and every time I duck under them, I smile. They're happy-making!
Don't ever forget that inspiration is absolutely everywhere! Keep your eyes open! :)
