I went on a little bit of a stamp carving binge.
I designed this stamp so that it can stand alone as half a flower, or you can stamp it twice to complete the image. It's a little squished in the middle, but I still think it's way cool!
This is a re-make of one of my favorite stamps that I have ever carved. I brought it with me to CREATE in Chicago and it somehow got destroyed on the voyage home. So I redid it.
I had a few extra triangles left over…
…and I think they're cute. I'll figure out some fun ways to use them!
I'm house obsessed lately. Expect to see little house images show up absolutely everywhere for me! Especially ironic since I live in an apartment.
I had a little scrap of leftover carving block and made this kind of barbed wire image. I think it makes for a cool continuous border.
Victorian-ish fan shape for a neat repeating design. It's inspired by an image I found in the book Repeating Patterns: 1100-1800.
These are two stamps that I carved to sort of go together. I think they'll make for some funky scalloped edges!

I'm pretty proud of this one. I'm amazed that I was able to carve the eyes. They were scary, but I think it turned out well!
