Today I am sharing some art journal pages from February 2019. You'll notice that the "daily" journaling isn't exactly daily. And that's okay!
On this particular spread I missed a day (the 11th). But there are times when I've missed an entire month! "Art Journal Every Day" is an aspiration, rather than a pair of handcuffs. I do my best and that's good enough.
In the upper left corner, I used some Dina Wakely tissue paper that has faces printed on it.

As you'll see from the next few pages, I love cutting up my art journal to create quirky shaped pages.
To me, the cutting up of pages to create shaped edges, holes, pockets, etc. makes my art journal feel more personal, more interactive, and more fun!
