Today I'm sharing the first few pages of the daily journal I started back in June 2019. This first spread is the "end papers" for my journal.
It's made up of lots of deli paper scraps…
…and a paper cut I made from a drawing:
I try to put the year in the front of all of my art journals. I have enough now, that I just can't remember what came when.
As you know I work in a Junque Journal and sometimes I simply cannot bring myself to cover up that junque. So here is a spread where I embraced the junque instead of cutting it out:
These are prints I made using a rotating repeat stamp and a custom colored ink pad:
And finally, the journaling begins:

Ever since taking your Junque Journal class, I have been making lots of journals that contain my painted papers. Not sure what you mean about end papers? Are they the ones that cover the insides of the front and back covers? Thanks for sharing. Love your work.
