I love to make place cards.  They're one of my favorite crafty projects for the holidays. Some oldies from the archives:

I haven't yet decided on what this Thanksgiving's place cards will be.  I feel like it will have some kind of leaf or nature theme.  But, I'm not sure what.  While I'm percolating on that question, I decided to go to pinterest for some inspiration!  Here are a few ideas I really liked:

Note: These are not real leaves!  They're FREE Printables that you can find HERE.

I hope you're feeling inspired to make some place cards of your own!

Do you incorporate art making into your Thanksgiving holiday?  I'd love to know what you do to make the holiday art-full!  😉

  • I LOVE making place cards and think guests really appreciate not having to guess where to sit. This year I used my scan n cut to gold heat emboss everyone’s name onto heavy white card stock. Super elegant and super simple!! Thanks for sharing all your ideas and Happy Thanksgiving!!

  • My Mom made place markers with Scrabble letters and letter trays — that’s what we’ll likely be using for the foreseeable future.
