Today I'm sharing a video tutorial on creating the fancy balloons and doily banners that help to create the fun atmosphere for the Valentine's Day Table for Two.

I love how the dangles wave in the breeze and give lots of movement. I think I'm going to leave them up for a while, even when Valentine's Day is over!
