ScanNCut Technique: Embossing with the Universal Pen Holder

I think that this is one of the easiest and coolest ScanNCut techniques that I've ever shared!  Essentially I'm using an embossing pen in the Universal Pen Holder to create a pattern for heat embossing.  Can you imagine the possibilities?!

  • What a great technique and you demonstrated it really clearly. Such a clever machine! I was intrigued at how the metal ‘rollers’ that seem to be guiding the paper through the machine didn’t smudge the ink. Perhaps they’re not as close to the paper as I thought.

    This is awesome news and technique. I have always wanted to emboss with my scan n cut.
    What else is awesome is that my emails are fixed thank you now I can see your beautiful collage. I can now see all the pictures of the items you have used for your embossing project.
    What else is awesome the older American version scan n cut model cm 550dx now has color recognition. Thanks to the new update 170 version and some of the paper size ver.160 features like the new scanncut2 models.
