Hey there! Today I'm sharing the stamps I carved for days 7-14 of #CarveDecember.
This is not a huge stamp, it's a tiny tag.
This next stamp was cut rather than carved. If you have an eraser and a utility knife, you can make this stamp!
These next two stamps are the same exact design, simply carved two different ways. Which one do you like better?
These next three stamps (two photos) are all "garbage stamps" aka stamps that were carved from garbage — scrap rubber that is leftover from making other stamps.
I should note that stamps 10-14 were all carved while I was on the road. Stamp carving is a super portable craft that is easy to take with you and do in a small space. If you're flying, you'll need to check the cutters and utility knife in your checked luggage. I highly recommend taking a little carving kit with you the next time you're traveling. It's something you can stop and start really easily and work on in short bursts of time!
I'll be back tomorrow with some amazing stamps that other people have carved for #CarveDecember!
Thanks for stopping by!

I especially like the last one on the right.
It made me think of the plant from Little Shop of Horrors. LOL
It could be used in so many ways. A border would be super cool.

That’s the magic of stamp carving! You are left with a really small piece of rubber, you carve what appears to be little simple design and then when you use it to create a pattern, it ends up looking fantastic. Thanks for reminding us that those “carve away” pieces can be made into something really special!

Julie – You CONSTANTLY amaze me with your talent!! I can’t believe how you take the “scraps” or garbage as you call them & make the neatest stamps. And all are SO intricate! So happy you show the cool ways you use them to stamp too.

Can’t decide which of the “Note” stamps I like best. Maybe the outline but adore them both.
