The good folks over at i love to create sent me a big box full of goodies from their new #paintedbyme line.
As you can see: mugs, paint markers, and sticky stencils. The #paintedbyme line easily allows you to create custom designed mugs that are food safe (yep, FDA-approved when the markers and mugs are used together), dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. All you have to do is color them and then bake them in the oven.
That's exactly what I did to create these beauties:

Painted mugs are perfect for gift-giving. Personally, I'm super excited to gift these mugs to my Mom when I go and visit her this month. Who do you like to give handmade gifts to?

P.S. These are Rug Mugs, my Mom used to make Rugs for the mugs and called them Mug Rugs… You could make a companion “rug” out of canvas for the mug to sit on when it is complete.
