  • We bought the biggest and the smallest pumpkins that we could carry but haven’t decorated them yet. Maybe I’ll do this with my small pumpkin. James wants to carve his.

  • OMG, Julie! What a wonderful way to make a great looking pumpkin. What a way to relax. I painted spooky faces on small pumpkins for my Grandbabies, I did one side and they did the other. This is a great time of year for family fun.

  • Julie, these pumpkins look fantastic! I tried this with a couple of pumpkins using a black sharpie, but it was VERY difficult to get the pens to write on the pumpkin skin. Tried washing the second one off before starting, thinking maybe the pumpkin had wax on it, but this didn’t really help. They turned out ok, but it turned into more of a chore than a fun project. What did you use to draw on yours? Love them!
