For the last two years I have taught a Journal Quilt class at The City Quilter every month. It's an ongoing art quilting technique and quilt design class. It has been a wonderful experience and now I'm saying goodbye to the class — at least for a little while. On Friday we got together for our final class. Lots of amazing artwork was shared and we did a little ATC swap too!
I know it's probably unfair to say, but I have the world's best students. So talented and so inspiring! Love them so much! I'm going to miss this class, but the good news is that I've added two more sessions of Art Journaling Club at The Ink Pad (October and November)!

P.S. Hey y'all! I'm coming to Texas! In October I'm going to be in Houston for a rep show and I'm hoping to find a quilting/scrapbooking/stamping store in the area that's interested in having me teach. Do any of you know of any stores within a two-hour radius of Houston? I'm also open to teaching an in-home workshop for group of 8-12 students. If you've got a big house and live near Houston, consider hosting a workshop at your home! I would appreciate any leads you can offer!
