Last week I taught at The City Quilter and may I brag?  My students are teriffically talented!

What I love about every single one of these pieces is the sense of creativity, fun, originality, imagination, and a refusal to be bound by the "rules" of traditional quilts!  And do you see those colors?  We may wear a lot of black in New York City but we looooooove to create with color!  That makes me so very happy! 

I cannot wait to see what crazy awesome-ness these ladies come up with next month!

  • I particularly like the one made of what looks like Chinese fabric (the one with the waves). I have a real fabric problem, too. . .
