I put brads through some of the holes in the double layered buttons.

I stamped the journaling with white paint and an awesome alphabet stamp set from Studio Calico.

BelieveInTheBowTieDetail3-sm
I tried to include word embellishments, given the "work" nature of this layout.  I punched the tag top with a letter punch and I used a book page edge along the top and bottom of the layout.
