Today, I have a whole bunch of randomness for you:
1. I am thrilled that the Scrap Mojo girls chose my layout as their fave for this week’s challenge! A new challenge goes up on Saturday!
2. Heart in Hands Scraps is closing. *Sad* I was planning to offer this project:
as a downloadable e-book there. Instead, you can pick up a .pdf of the instructions for a mere $10 at My Creative Classroom! I know it looks complicated, but it’s really quite easy to make (even for someone with minimal sewing experience).
3. I am going to a 3-day crop with my friend, Cheryl. It is very exciting. I am renting a car (woo hoo) and we are going to head into the wilds of New Jersey. We’ve both taken the day off tomorrow and are planning to go hunting for a local scrapbook shop before the event starts at 3pm.
4. My digital scrapbooking skills are making me a better graphic designer. I made a mock-up of the postcard for my theatre company’s Spring shows. I took the photographs too, and I think it looks great:
I got a little crafty with the "I Love NY" t-shirts. I had each of the actors write the name of a borough on their shirts and then I used scissors to give each a bit more personality. It was so much fun!
