New sketch up over at Pencil Lines!

Really cool and unique sketch, right?  Here's what I did with it:

I used my beloved chevron stamps.  And I stitched several miscellaneous strips along the left side.  I'm really liking the way it looks.  Definitely something I'm going to do again!

After some misting and inking I used black watercolor to create the large circle and little swirls.

The circles are layers of patterned paper stitched down.  Each of the journaling strips was inked to match the title letters.

But my favorite part of the layout is the bracket-y shape on the top and bottom side of the photo.  I took this die cut…

…cut out the sentiment and used the upper and lower portions on the layout.  What an easy way to make a small element have a much large impact, right?
