I'm super excited to be teaching an intensive two-day workshop at The Ink Pad here in New York City. I really enjoy getting to immerse myself in art over several days and I hope you will too!
You will leave this intensive two-day workshop with a
beautiful tape bound art journal.
On Day
1 of the workshop the focus will be on pulling together the journal pages and
painting the journal covers. We will
make decorative tape and I will share my favorite collage and painting
techniques.
On Day 2 we will stitch
together your fabulous one-of-a-kind art journal, and begin to work in it! I will share the variety of ways in which I
prepare pages for journaling and some of my favorite art journaling techniques.
If you've never taken a class at The Ink Pad, let me tell you, it's a beautiful space in which to be creative. We'll be learning and sharing in a big light filled room with plenty of space to play! It's one of my favorite spaces to teach in.
If you've never taken an in-person class with me, I do a lot of demos and there is plenty of teaching and learning going on all day long. I try to ensure that you leave class understanding how to take the skills you've acquired and apply them at home.
