I saw the photo of the bubble wrap on the Gelli Arts page and I thought I would tell you what I did here as well in case you miss it. If you press the mucky paint coated bubble wrap onto a wet plate then give it a moment for the damp paint to loosen the paint already on the wrap, then press the wrap onto another damp print, the layers of painty goodness will peel OFF the bubble wrap and stick to the print. It give a really textural addition – and of course all those nifty layers of colour really add to a print. I’m thinking if you maybe LIGHTLY mist the bubble wrap with water (or what about glimmer mist??) and let it sit you might actually get even MORE of the paint off, but haven’t tried it yet.
My desk rivals yours for utter chaos 🙂
