Stamp Carving

My “Extra” #CarveDecember Stamps

Will it surprise you to know that I carved more than 31 stamps for #CarveDecember?  Today I thought I'd share a few of the "extras."  For the most part, stamps that pattern will always be my fave!

I also have a bunch of tessellating stamps that I made but didn't share. I'll plan on sharing those next week!

Let me know which of these "extra" stamps is your fave.  I'd love to know!

Thanks for stopping by!

  • They are all great, but the tree is by far my favorite. I love the detail in the stamp and the way you used the stamp!

  • As a lifelong tree-hugger, I appreciate the tree – but that flower fan is perfect!! It has so much movement – and looks phenomenal in that fuschia! Thanks for sharing these extras. I can’t help but think: only Julie could find the time to make extra stamps, in addition to the planned 31, during the busiest month of the year! Haha – #wonderwoman!

  • The tree, I think, because so much of what stamps is the background, but it’s still the tree shape that dominates.

  • I LOVE the flower fan as well!! It’s awesome! BUT my ALL-Time Fav is the Triangular carved stamp BECAUSE you can use that in so many different ways – masculine or feminine! I DO have a question for you, Julie? Do U ever temporarily adhere your hand-carved stamps to acrylic blocks?? I seem to get better coverage using an acrylic block. — ALSO your little boy is a DOLL!!
