This is me right now:
My current art obsession is: Tar Paper! I blame Ardith Goodwin. She was a guest on Make It Artsy this season and I fell in love with making art on Tar Paper! This is her work on Tar Paper:
My current life obsession is: My FitBit sleep tracker. I wake up every morning and immediately look and see how I slept.
I never knew I needed this information, but apparently, I do!
I'm loving: This poster.
There are multiple visual variations on it and lots of good articles that examine this metaphor in great detail. I happen to like this article.
I'm hating: That it's completely dark by 5pm.
Ugh. Some days it's dark at 4pm. Double ugh.
My home is: Christmas Ready.
Steve's favorite holiday is Christmas and so we got a tree and a wreath the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I am a December 22 tree buyer, if I even get one. So, this is a big change!
My life is: Difficult and complicated at the moment. But I am reminded that a good attitude, combined with the love and support of friends and family, helps to make things easier.
If we learn anything from Thanksgiving, it's that there is plenty to be grateful for. 🙂

It's not quite done yet. But I'm still loving this moment and excited about what's next! (P.S. It's on Tar Paper! The obsession is real!)
