I'm hating: All the negativity.  I feel like there's too much negative energy being put out there.  I'm determined to be a point of positivity.  These are two thoughts I recently shared in my instagram stories.

  • Wonderful news all around. I agree on the need for more positive thoughts and statements. As I like to say, it doesn’t cost anything to be kind.

  • And we do need to be reminded to stay positive. I have found my most negative days and my rudest behavior toward the local merchants, was tied to how much pain I was in at the time. But I figured this out later with perspective. And people are miserable for so many reasons. I am not sure how to fix that. I think your sharing your positivity is a great idea!

  • Hi Julie, re your vlog, If you are going to London soon I’d recommend the National Gallery (there is a weaving exhibition based on Chris Ofili’s watercolours) & Portrait Gallery next door. The V&A and Tate Britain have been remodelled recently. The Tate Modern extension is worth a look & nearby is a nice restaurant called Lupins. I love the Courtauld which sadly isn’t free but has lots of masterpieces. & after you can have a drink in the courtyard of Somerset House or on the terrace overlooking the Thames. You might enjoy the Flower Market at Columbia Rd (Sunday is the best day) Spitalfields indoor market and behind it Brick Lane (scruffier but quite buzzy). All three are not far from each other in the City. Have fun!

  • I’ve always dreamed of going to the cape and Provincetown, ever since I read the teen romance “Paintbox Summer” when I was in middle school. And I like to wear big earrings too…small ones get lost and can’t be seen through all my hair.
