So we're about 1 week into the month of December and that means 1 week into #CarveDecember! Here are the first six stamps that I carved:
I want to remind you that stamp carving is quick, easy, doesn't require a lot of supplies, takes up very little space, and is super fun to do! But don't take my word for it, check out a small sampling of the gorgeous things other people have been posting for #CarveDecember:
If you'd like to see even more amazing stamps, try a hashtag search for #CarveDecember. I think you'll be blown away by all of the amazing creativity! I know that I am.
I hope that you'll join us for all of the stamp carving fun. Remember:
- #CarveDecember is not a competition. It's a personal challenge. It's meant to be a fun way to encourage yourself to do more carving.
- You can create a new stamp every day or every week or at whatever interval works for you. There are no rules! This should be fun and not a burden.
- Design ideas are everywhere! If you don't want to make something up, feel free to copy an existing design — just remember to give credit to the original designer. :)
- You can use any tools and supplies you'd like to — erasers, moo blocks, flex cut tools, craft knife, etc.
