What a month it has been!!!! #inktober #lettering #handlettered

I really enjoyed stretching myself with lettering, not to mention the discipline of a daily project.  I'm currently thinking I might do another daily project for the month of December.  I'm going to be home for most of the month and I always like a challenge!  Now I just have to figure out what I want to do….

P.S. Two questions that I get asked when I post these inktober posts: (1) Yes, I do have a lettering class.  You can find it HERE. (2) I am slowly uploading clean hi-res scans to my Society 6 shop if you want to buy a print.  Otherwise, you can buy a 7" square photo book with each of the instagram photos inside.  Click HERE to see a preview of the book.  I've never ordered a Blurb book before, but I made it and put my order in.  Supposed to arrive by December 1.  I'll let you know how it looks when it gets here!  Hope that helps!

  • I have enjoyed seeing the new lettering that you’ve done and some of the quotes are ones that I’ve “stolen” for future art journal pages.

  • Hey Julie, these are cool. Was thinking of you at the postcard show at the Holiday Inn on 57th st this past Saturday. Remember those old postcards that said “Greetings from”(insert city name). Well I scooped up a few. Awesome for lettering style.
