Back in 2007, I shared a post on how to create a mini book from a single sheet of paper.  I took that idea and ran with it using the technology I have at hand now:  I created a cutting file for my Brother ScanNCut and made these two little books — each made from a single sheet of double-sided cardstock!

In the blue book I placed some tiny art prints.  I left the other book blank — perfect for putting in some text or a few little photos!

Totally cute little books to give as gifts, don't you think?  And because it's a cut file, I can actually create tons of books in no-time at all.

Check out the 2007 post for the basic instructions on creating a book from a single 8.5×11 sheet of paper!

Thanks for stopping by!

P.S. I was compensated by Brother to create this project, but the opinions and ideas are all my own!

  • Cool! Thanks for that connection – very different looking in a finished work from the blank white paper of the demo. (p.s. I think the Scor-It link on that page may need to be updated)
