Julie Fei-Fan Balzer
Based outside of Boston, Julie Fei-Fan Balzer is a painter, printmaker, and collage artist who constructs vibrant compositions. Her artwork investigates the interplay of identity and perception, inviting viewers to take a longer look. Julie works in layers, both physically and metaphorically, exploring what is visible and what is concealed. Passionate about connecting with and inspiring other artists, she shares her expertise through in-person workshops and her online classroom at MyArtPractice.com. Julie's achievements include high-profile clients, multiple publications - including her book, “Carve Stamp Play” - and exhibits in New York City and throughout Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Brown University.

Beautiful. What’s on my art table are lots of stamps and stencils that I made myself using your lessons! I got the one for stencils off of pinterest. I’m using them to paint many shirt designs for our farm. Inspired by your CREATE post, I’ve added cool lettering now as well. The Choggia in the Choggia Beets shirt has red and white stripes like the inside of these beets. They’re all spectacular, and I thank you!

I especially like the last colorful one that you posted Julie.
Last night I did an art journal page with one of the deli sheets that I made at A.E. last year in your class. I also used one of Nat’s stencils (the typewriter) on the page. So you see, I still “stalk” just the two of you. Hey, at least I’m loyal. LOL
