On Sunday I taught one of my all-time favorite classes "Painted Paper Collage" at Absolutely Everything in Topsfield, MA. I had a wonderful group of 17 ladies, which felt teeny tiny after Saturday's whopping 34. We made papers and then created wonderfully unique works of art with those papers.
So, there you have it! Lots of beautiful and colorful work from some very talented ladies. I had a great time — loved meeting so many blog readers and putting a real-life face with the twitter avatars I'm used to seeing. I did mention to this class that sometimes I find it very intimidating to walk into a classroom full of people who read my blog because I feel like they have high expectations and I'm afraid of being a disappointment. Luckily, I had wonderfully generous students who laughed at all my jokes!

I am blown away! Amazing art here! If you teach there again I have to make it out to a class or two! I would not wear white pants because I would cover them with paint and ink -:)
