Street art is absolutely everywhere in Germany! At least from what I could see, there's hardly a building or alley or streetpole that isn't covered with art.
And along with all of the grafitti style street art, there were lots of wonderful architectural flourishes to be enjoyed as well:
And my favorite bit of performance art:
It's a sad little iphone photo, but try to imagine: a dark sky and hundreds and hundreds of crows calling out and circling this gorgeous old church. We sat and watched for quite a while. It was a magnificent show.

Isn't Nat's gallery wall in her studio wonderful? I love the idea of being surrounded by my own art and reinspired to create new pieces, don't you? I love the street art too but the architecture is breathtaking especially that basement window with the ancient Greek figure over it. I work in an office park and often wish I lived in a city so I could look at interesting architecture and art! Thanks!
