Spent a wonderful Sunday teaching art journaling at Portrait Bug! Take a peek:
A new Mom of a ten-month old, she confessed that this was her first time being out of the house alone in that time! Wow!
Sweet Celeste has been a student of mine at The Ink Pad. She has the coolest job: doing the titles (English translations) for the Metropolitan Opera! Isn't that neat?
Avril (above) has a theatre background just like me! She has been a frequent student of mine at The City Quilter and I was delighted to see her in class! She told me that she's signing up for the next session of The Journal Quilt class, and I'm looking forward to that!
Rosann (above) brought her big camera to class and took some beautiful photos (as opposed to my grainy phone photos). Check out her blog to see them!
Sarah's sweet fiancee gave her the class as a gift! She made him this layout (above) to say thank you! Too cute!
Louise and Donna are sisters from Long Island and they run some charity crops there. The class was Donna's birthday gift!
We got our hands dirty and had a wonderful time making a mess! I've got some new classes lined up for 2011 and I think they're going to be awesome!

I have a monthly art quilt class (you dont need to know how to sew) that meets Fridays from 12-2. Most of the workshops are on Saturdays and Sundays, though. Sorry!

what are the spray bottles in one of your pictures? they look like something fun.
I took one of your classes at Create in August, and painted the only portrait I have ever felt good about! Thanks for the formula for a “pleasing face”. Enjoyed it!
