Today is my TEN-YEAR Anniversary with New York City.
I moved to "The City that Never Sleeps" on September 12, 1999. It's hard to believe that it has been a decade. Wow. Over the years, I've done a number of pages celebrating my relationship with NYC:
I know that there are plenty of lovely places to live in the world. And I'm sure that I could be very happy elsewhere. But New York has my heart.

oh I so so so love those layouts!!!!! It is definetly something that grows on you…wehn you move to a bigger city to stay into 🙂 (well…I mean….Hamburg is the second biggest city in Germany….but waaaaayyyyy smaller than NYC – LOL)

Awesome Julie… my hubby is NYC born and bred but lives here in Oz now with me.. but we both miss it … hoping to come back in 2011 for a holiday !!!

I just booked flights from Finland to NYC, I’m going to spend a long weekend in the beginning of November there. I’m even more excited about the trip now! I actually thought about taking a class if you were teaching but probably you aren’t? At least I didn’t find anything on the Portrait Bug schedule. And on the other hand, I might have had a hard time explaining to my husband that I fly around to globe with him just to spend some time crafting, like I don’t do that at home. 😉
